“They had an extraordinary knowledgeable and polite and good humored staff and the owner Mister Singh was very engaged with his staff and those that are doing the renovations of the building which will coming along very well , just in the time I was there for 3 nights. I would recommend this to anyone , and I will be going back again this summer.”

“I was thinking in change to another hotel because a couple months ago the rooms and bathrooms wasn’t cleaned at all ,, but I made a complain in the front , I went back again , and everything is clean and the price is very affordable.”

“The room was very clean and nicely sized. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable. We loved the cute little goodie bag for our dog. The view is gorgeous from the property. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of items. Love that there is always water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby. “The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was large, modern, and clean. The pool and hot tub were good and had a great atmosphere with huge windows. Great breakfast! Will stay there again when in the area!”

“First and foremost Split Rock did not make me aware that we were staying separately from the actual hotel. This may have been a blessing because the hotel seems like its falling apart. Everything is old and needs to be updated. The place is so dirty and things donts even work. I was very disappointed with the experience and will not be returning. The waterpark was horrendous”

“A good way to start is it is not the Rich Carlton but then again you’re not paying for it either. It is clean. It is bug and critter free. If you’re just looking for an overnight, you really can’t beat this deal. The family is also friendly if there is any complaint at all, it is the road out front is a little noisy so keep that in mind but a great one nighter.”

“Booked thru Expedia. Got to 2 queen bed room. 3 travelers. Tv broke. Switched to another room with supposed whirlpool tub Handicapped shower. 1 queen bed n pullout couch. Disappointed but only room left Asked for discounted rate or refund n couldn’t do at hotel. Up to Expedia”
